Movie Club

Welcome to movie club! I'm your host and club leader, Jay! I like actions, comedies, adventures, musicals, and a bunch of other sorts of movies, too. c: If you join Movie Club, expect to see a wide variation of what's played. And if the week's movie isn't quite for you, tune in the next week and help us choose!

Wondering how movie club works? It's simple! Every Tuesday at 10pm EST (unless I can't make it to stream and need to postpone--the club will most of the time, if not always get a heads up if this is to occur) I throw a movie up onto my livestream and drop a link for everyone to owatch. The movie will be based on suggestions from the members, as well as options i throw into this thread on what movies I actually have at my disposal.

The nature of this club allows the members to simply come and go at their desire. If the movie isn't for you this week, no problemo! Skip it and join us for the next one. And don't worry about making reservations to be around--the movie is a drop in as you'd like sort of event. Whether this is your first meeting of the club or your 50th, just pop into the stream or chat thread if you're comfortable.

While we make decisions on what to watch each week, there will also be discussion about last weeks movie. I highly encourage everyone to post their opinions, favorite and least favorite bits, best characters, etc. and have fun talking with each other in the club. We're all here to watch movies and bond, and the environment is supposed to be really casual and relaxed!

Of course, we do need to abide by all of Polemos' site rules, so keep that in mind and be sure not to treat other members of the club with disrespect. That being said, Polemos' 18+ rule is strictly on site, so some movies may be 18+. If this is the case, I will post the rating of the movie in this thread! Specifically in the very next post with the name of the movie and current date in big, fancy letters to make it hard to miss.
